Aroma: On the nose, leather and tobacco.
Taste: A dry, but lighter than expected, Chianti with cherries and rhubard, and nice medium finish. Makes a great table wine.
Pairing: Beef, heartier poultry dishes, roasted vegetables, and eggplant.
